Windows, Front
This was one of the first projects the Friends took on. With the aid of grants and fundraising we were able to complete the repair and restoration of the nine front windows.
Windows, Top Floor
Next on the Friends list of windows were the repair and restoration of the high level windows. This included the bay window of the ‘Long Room’ and all the attic windows.
Windows, Carpark Side
More recently, we were able to complete the repair and restoration of the Kitchen, 360YT office and Pantry Windows.
Windows, Second Floor
Our last phase for the windows was the repair and restoration of the second floor windows around the side and the back of Ickenham Hall. This phase including the Crosier Room bay window, the Hilliard Room windows and the Lawrence Room window.
Future
As with all decorating works, the windows will in time need another coat of paint, and we are continually fundraising to keep ontop of the work.
